Populations of focus: Asian, Pacific Islander, and Native Hawaiian with a sprinkle of African-American, working class youth.  From 8-24 years old, living in Kalihi and the housing projects. All are low-income and mostly from the Compact of Free association (COFA) countries.

Populations of focus: Veterans and their families in the 76 rural and frontier counties served by NALHD member local public health departments.

New Orleans, Louisiana
Populations of focus: African American men and boys living in the St. Roch neighborhood in New Orleans, LA.


Southern Plains Tribal Health,
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Populations of focus: American Indian men and boys with a special focus on students participating in the Hope Squad program in Anadarko Public Schools in Anadarko, Oklahoma, an area with a large American Indian population and hard hit by youth suicides.
